Surrounded by few girls my age, in a city lacking magic and variety in its fashion market, as a kid I found myself staying in any and every alternative fashion space I came across. By chance at first, sure, but chance that opened the way to grasp the meaning of fashion and gift me such a deep sense of self.
I grew up on Instagram and Tumblr, quite literally, and can navigate the online fashion and subculture spectrum with both ease and fascination. I would say that still, at home, the number of people I can share this world with has only slightly increased since my tweens; but I simply can't pretend that my home is geographical. I'm home sometimes, when I meet these sentiments in other creatives, and so will forever welcome new people, new teams, and new projects.
